MULTI-CUT
The MULTI-CUT module is a flexible addition to our box making machines to boost your production efficiency. With the MULTI-CUT feature, you can create custom boxes with cut out windows from stock board being quickly cut to size, remove the glue tabs, and make extra creases for more complex boxes. This addition enables box makers to create over 100 different styles of cardboard box with the MULTI-CUT’s die cutting capability. Easily double your output of boxes as the MULTI-CUT can produce two boxes at once while reducing manual handling time.

FLEXO-PRINT
The FLEXO-PRINT module is compatible with our AutoBox AB machine and can work seamlessly in conjunction with the MULTI-CUT to offer your customers high quality boxes from both short and medium run orders. The FLEXO-PRINT addition produces high quality imagery from a highly accurate servo controlled multi axis, enabling the printer head to perform on different box panels.

AUTO-FEED
The AUTO-FEED is compatible with the AutoBox AB to help speed up the box making process by automatically feeding the corrugated blanks into the AutoBox AB machine. The vacuum operated pick up process reduces the need for manual handling of often large sheets which can be difficult to maneuver and take time to do. The AUTO-FEED module is capable of handling corrugated sheets of up to 102” x 196”. It’s possible to increase the number of stacked boards waiting to be fed into the machine by creating an underground pit to store the feeder.

AUTO-STACK
We created the AUTO-STACK module to work alongside the AutoBox AB or MULTI-CUT machines to give our customers maximum output efficiency. The AUTO-STACK easily separates the finished boxes from waste before stacking in perfectly neat piles onto pallets for easy removal and storage. The vacuum pick up process is capable of handling large corrugated sheets up to 102” x 118”. To create a larger stock pile of finished boxes, the AUTO-STACK can mounted on a platform or placed in an underground pit to create more height.

AutoBox AB
The AutoBOX AB is our most advanced box making machine to date which has been utilized by hundreds of our valued customers. The AutoBox AB is compatible with a selection of our other machines to produce boxes at maximum efficiency. The AutoBOX AB can be used with the MULTI-CUT, AUTO-STACK and AUTO-FEED to further benefit your box making efforts. The AutoBox AB is servo controlled, meaning it is capable of automatically changing styles and sizes, reducing the need to manually input the data each time. Using Quick Set Up technology and touch activated screens, the data is easily entered and stored so that you can create a multitude of boxes at your fingertips.
When used in conjunction with the compatible modules and running at maximum efficiency, the AutoBox AB is capable of producing over 100 different box styles, including 0411 and 0201 styles, partitions, trays and even corrugated plastics at a rate of up to 1200 boxes per hour. The AutoBox AB is versatile in its handling of corrugated board, able to run different thicknesses with ease from single sheets through to heavy duty double walls, with the option to run triple board too. Blank widths can be made from 100mm/4" to 2600mm/102" x unlimited length. When properly maintained, the AutoBox uses just a quarter of the energy traditional box making machines use, saving you further production costs.
