Thanks to this type of machine, we have the potential to make a wide variety of custom-made boxes. Moreover, all the boxes we produce are different and this is typically what our customers prefer to outsource.

What can I expect on my visit?
Firstly, we'll take great pleasure in welcoming you our UK Headquarters where you will meet the team and be taken on a tour of our state-of-the-art production facility and assembly line.

To ensure the highest standards possible in build quality, not only do we assemble all our machines in house, but we also fabricate all the component parts in our dedicated workshop, so you'll get a chance to see every aspect of the manufacturing process.

Our in-house design studio will also be open for you to explore and to meet some of the designers. This is a great opportunity to talk in as much detail as you wish about the specifics of your business and exactly which types of boxes you need and in what sort of quantity.

The design team you talk with will be responsible for ensuring any machine we produce for you will be tailored to your exact requirements.

Will I be able to see a machine working?
Yes you will. With over 80% of our business being export, and up to 50 machines shipped each year, there is virtually always a machine on the factory floor in the final stages of customer set up ready to be put through its paces for you to see

Will I be able see a BCS machine making the kind of boxes I need?
Absolutely. If there is a specific design you need to run, just bring along a sample or a drawing and one of our operators will demonstrate how simple it is to programme the machine using the touch screen interface to produce exactly what you need.

You'll be able to see first hand the super quick, tool less set up that gives our machines that invaluable competitive edge. Time is money and as we say as BCS - "A box maker only makes money when it's making boxes"

How can I really know what the machine is like in an actual production environment?
You'll get to see one. We'll take you to one of our local customers where you'll be able to see a working BCS machine doing exactly what it was designed to do.

You can take your time and talk to a satisfied operator. We want you to feel 100% confident about the robust quality and rugged reliability of BCS machines and in our experience there is no substitution for this part of your visit

How easy is it to get to BCS?
We like to make potential customers feel at home when they visit us here at BCS, so however you decide to travel, we'll make it as painless as possible. If you're flying in, we'll arrange to have you collected from whichever airport you use and driven straight here. The same applies to the train. We are ideally positioned in the heart of the UK with good transport links, and we'll ensure you're trip runs as smoothly as possible.

Where should I stay while I'm visiting?
We highly recommend the "Inn at Woburn". This quintesentailly English country hotel is just a few miles from BCS HQ and boasts a charming 18th-century property situated in picturesque Woburn village. It offers comfortable rooms and an award-winning restaurant.

What else can I visit while I'm in the area
There are plenty of sights to see and things to do in the region. If golf is your thing, then you might like to play a round at Woburn Golf Club. With three courses, this prestigious venue has played host to over fifty professional tournaments including the British Masters. To boost your history knowledge, you could visit Bletchley Park, once the top-secret home of the World War Two Codebreakers and now a vibrant heritage attraction. For galleries, museums and theatre, you are just a 30 minute train ride from the Capital city, London and all it has to offer.
